LLC “Nova Poshta” filed a lawsuit against our client for the recovery of debt under a contract for freight forwarding services. The lawsuit was based on the respondent’s failure to fulfill obligations regarding payment for shipment services.

In particular, the court pointed out that the accounting documentation submitted by LLC “Nova Poshta” to the court as evidence was compiled with significant violations, making it impossible to determine the actual volume of economic transactions. Additionally, evidence of acceptance of postal shipments, and therefore the fact of conducting economic operations, are consignment notes, which LLC “Nova Poshta” did not attach to the lawsuit.
